The core courses are as follows: board management, strategic planning, leadership, fund-raising ConsultingNDC provides over 50 NGOs and corporate, with needs-tailored in-organizational consulting services. Using NDC tools, our team facilitates the participants doing environment scanning, stakeholders analysis, organizational assessment, problems & solution identification, and action plan making. More importantly, NDC acts as a team builder helping the participants build up mutual understanding, trust, confidence and belongingness, and enhance the capacity of organizational learning and growth. Main consulting services have been provided: strategic planning, board management, program planning, program evaluation, finance management, team building, volunteer management. NetworkingThrough facilitating forums, seminars, workshops, conferences, and exchange programs, NDC establishes a platform to promote sharing of knowledge, information, and resources, advocate of building up partnership among the nonprofit secotor and other sectors.
